It is minutes walk to Cal train Station and a bike to Stanford University. The studio itself has two separate rooms - one bedroom and the other a living/common room (+ a full bathroom). This is very quiet, clean and respectful environment. There is no cooking facility. but the room comes equipped with a small fridge and microwave. No pets and non smokers only. Our previous tenant was a graduate student at Stanford, and said" I would recommend this place to someone who seeks a clean, peaceful place to live an study.

Rent: $1560 per month includes all utilities and web access. Security deposit is $500. First, last, and security deposit needed to move in. 6 months lease.
