We are looking for a new female roommate to occupy the master bedroom in what we've come to call "The Ladies Lounge." I am so very sad to leave such an awesome set of women and such an awesome room! (Work has taken me elsewhere.) An ideal roommate would be sociable, friendly, tidy, and interested in investing in her roommates and the home space.

About the room:
Lease starts February 1. $1575 for the bedroom, plus utilities, which are usually $60-70/person a month. Two stories, the master bedroom is on the second floor with NO SHARED WALLS! (Amazing!) Very large bedroom space. Also, three large closets. The room CAN be furnished, but we'll need to negotiate a price for the items you want. Square footage is an estimate but trust me, the room is massive.

We are all young professional women in our late 20s- early 30s. We all have busy schedules but enjoy hanging out in the evening, grabbing food, and even going on trips!

• Roommate 1 is a clinical research coordinator at a Stanford lab. She's a committed biker and meal prepper. Hard to find a better listener.
• Roommate 2 is a biz ops specialist at a fancy and exciting startup. She is a proud Texan and dog lover who loves a good book.
• Roommate 3 is a newly-minted corporate lawyer who, before law school, collected awesome stories from her years in the Peace Corps,

About the neighborhood:
The neighborhood is charming and safe, just a quick walk from Stanford's campus and the California Ave downtown. 12 minute walk to the Cal Ave Caltrain stop.
