• We have a furnished bedroom available in a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house. You get your own walk-in closet and bathroom, yay!
• New house
• 2 female housemates living here
• New washer and dryer in the house
• 2 balconies
• Shared living room and kitchen
• Fully stocked kitchen
• Access to oven, dishwasher, fridge and gas stove
• No parking.

About the area:

• About 10 min walk to Hillsdale Caltrain station and Hillsdale mall
• Great for commuting to work in San Francisco, Palo Alto/Mountain View
• A few blocks from Whole Foods, Peets, Chipotle, and Crunch gym, and a short drive to Safeway, Costco, Trader Joes, Ranch 99, and Target
• No garden or backyard but huge Bay Meadows public park across the street with BBQ grills
• Part of the Bay Meadows plan so you can read about life at the Bay Meadows here. http://baymeadows.com/ You get access to activities the community organizes for residents like gardening lessons, wine tasting, making pie crusts, outdoor zumba and yoga, bike together Saturday mornings, etc.
• Up and coming neighborhood when new developments are finished. Plans include outdoor beer garden, town square etc. Survey Monkey just signed up to lease one of the new commercial buildings, moving from Palo Alto.

About your housemates:

• 2 young professionals living in the house. We are quiet, nice, friendly, considerate, clean and respectful. Regular hours.

About you:
We're looking for someone who is relaxed and easygoing, keeps regular work hours, is considerate of others' space and keeps his/her room clean and the common areas clean, and doesn't mind not wearing outdoor shoes indoors. We'd like a longer term housemate we can get to know and bond with.
Non-smoker, no drugs, good credit history.
This room is perfect for a working professional, looking for a convenient place to commute to work easily during the week and a lot of restaurant and shopping areas with fun activities during the weekends. No parking in garage but there is 2-hour street parking (unlimited after 6 pm and Sundays) and 3 guest spots so ideal for someone who relies on public transit and uber/lyft or who commutes to work and is not home much on Saturdays.
