Two furnished bedrooms available in a 5 bedroom in Palo Alto (Morris Dr @ Greer Rd) for 1 month (AUGUST 17 - SEPTEMBER 16TH ONLY)

•$1600/MONTH PER ROOM -- looking for someone to rent for the full month, but is negotiable.
•Utilities are split amongst tenants living in the house at the time.

You will be subletting 2 bedrooms and living with 3 male Stanford MBA students in their mid-20s. They are very friendly, relaxed and easy to live with. They love to cook and hang out, more likely to have friends over for dinner and drinks than throw a crazy house party.
We are ideally looking for 2 friends to take over the rooms, but will consider individual applicants.

About the house:
•Extremely safe neighborhood with ample street and driveway parking, quick drive to 101.
•Bedrooms come with new queen sized pillow top mattresses, desk & office chair, and huge California built-in closet. Two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom; bathroom has granite counter top and double sink with a full deluxe shower & toilet in a separate room.
•Living room has large couch and flat screen TV (cable & internet are split between roommates).
•Kitchen is spectacular (granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and two wine fridges).
•Large dining room and sitting area, in addition to an indoor sunroom/atrium for lounging.
•Brand new washer & drier are in house, along with ample storage in the garage and attic.
