2. YOUR ROOM: on the 2ND floor. With a closet, two cabinets, TV, desk, and chair, a single bed. Your own bathroom with bathtub, shower if required (+ $100 rent). You can also use the shower in your roommate's bathroom.
3. ALL FACILITIES INCLUDED: be free to share the kitchen, dining room, living room, backyard (1st floor) with your roommate. All the heater, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, kitchenware are available.
4. GREAT ROOMMATE: your roommate is an old American lady, a lawyer. She comes back home late, about 9-10pm. So each of you can have your life without bothering each other. She is very kind, clean, smart and humorous.
5. FEMALE PREFERRED, because of sharing facilities. Pls be responsible, clean and paying rent on time roommate.
6. RENT: $1600/month. INCLUDED ALL UTILITIES, INTERNET, AND WEEKLY CLEANING. DEPOSIT NEEDED (one month rent).
