The room with the attached bath is occupied and the other is available with a private bathroom.It is a spacious apartment and has access to the grocery store within 2 min walk and the VTA rail. The apartment is with a 12 month lease and is very well maintained. The living room and kitchen are completely furnished.Utilities come to about <$100 per person.
