The condo is located in the center of a quiet upscale condo complex with palm trees and a shared private swimming pool. Several young families live nearby. The unit is far away from the noise of the road and driveway. The place has super nice floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and a personal patio with a grill. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated with new countertops + stove, sink + tile + shower.

The location is great if you work or study nearby. There's a grocery store across the street, a gym within walking distance and Highway 101 is pretty close. The Google campus is 5 minutes away.
