I'm a female in my early 30s Stanford alum that works at Google. I am currently going on a sabbatical for a few months, and am looking to sublet the room for the time being.
The room:

The room is a master bedroom, and has enough room for a dresser, desk, nightstand, and queen-sized bed, with plenty more to spare. There's also a large closet with a built-in shelf. The room also comes with a attachedbathroom that has a full-sized tub.

The apartment:

The apartment itself is huge: probably more than 1000 square feet in total, and has a full-sized kitchen with dishwasher, a private balcony, a breakfast area, and two closets: one walk-in, the other a little bit smaller. There's also some additional outdoor storage downstairs. The apartment has on-site laundry and the complex has a pool, and is close to 101 , and is a 10-minute drive from Stanford. It's in a safe area. There's high-speed internet. Your'e welcome to it if you want it, though! Tenants pay internet and PG&E.

Other things:

no smoking
single occupant only
no pets (I like furry friends, but the landlord does not)
