There's a room available in my three bedroom apartment in the SF Mission District (near Potrero Ave and 24th Street). It's 160 sq ft with a walk-in closet and bay window overlooking the backyard. You would share the space (full kitchen, living room and dining room) with two others. I'm a recent graduate working in tech and the other housemate (master tenant for ~15 yrs) is on the technical staff at SF State. The bathroom would be shared between you and me (master tenant has his own attached bathroom). An additional parking spot is available in the garage.

The move in date is flexible and the lease is for 6 months/month-to-month after that. The room will go for ~$1250 + utilities and the parking spot will be $300 if you're interested in that too.
