Emerald Hills area. We have a really nice room opening up in our house which includes a large walk-in closet, spacious bedroom and a private bathroom with a glassed-in shower. The room has a sliding glass door that opens into a private deck that gets great afternoon sun. Please check out the pictures and note that the room and deck will be unfurnished!

The room is part of a luxurious home built into the hills west of Silicon Valley and includes a well appointed kitchen, dining and entertainment rooms. The house includes all kinds of nice touches ranging from fruit trees to a wine cellar. There is also plenty of room in our two car lofted garage to store a motorcycle (we have 3!), skis, etc. It takes about ~15 mins to get to Stanford or Page Mill in Palo Alto via car.

Your would-be roommates are all really good friends (males, ~25) who work for tech companies in the valley (shocker!). While you will have tons of private space, we have a real sense of community in the house and hope you'd be a part of it. During the weeks we are very focused on work and the home is pretty quiet but when the weekend comes around we split our time exploring the West and having fun in SF. We are an outdoorsy/athletic crew so rock-climbers, skiers, hikers, soccer/basketball players would fit in well!

Terms: $1700/month + utilities(split evenly with everybody). The monthly price is potentially negotiable by ~$75. The lease starts 8/1/16 but you could begin to move your stuff in before then if it makes it easier for you. Ideally we'd like you to commit to a year, but giving us 2 months notice before leaving and helping us find a replacement is fine.
