Hello! I'm looking for a housemate for a new apartment in Palo Alto, blocks away from California Avenue. I'm a Stanford grad (Female) working at a weather startup. I'm super outdoorsy. It's hard to get me inside. I love playing softball, hiking, camping, etc. And, I have a 35 lb cattle dog. As far as dogs go, he's well behaved and often comes to work with me. As for my schedule, I'm out a lot, but at the end of the day I definitely enjoy cooking, crashing in the living room, and catching up on Scandal or chatting with a housemate. I enjoy having friends over regularly to hang out or for dinner.

I'm looking for an awesome roommate who enjoys animals. If you also have a pet, it's an extra $500 security deposit, and we'll need to make sure everyone gets along.

The apt is a 2nd floor corner unit, two bed & two bath, 1434 sqft. The unit comes with 2 parking spaces, washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. The apartment is really spacious with tons of storage space, 2 large bedrooms, and a wrap around balcony that's very large and both the living room and kitchen open right onto. We can have a lot of fun with the balcony. Your bedroom will get natural morning light and has a separate bathroom.
