I'm looking for a female roommate to share an unfurnished 2BR/2BA apartment at the Avalon Walnut Creek ($1675/person, plus ~$50/month for utilities). Ideally, we'd move in between June 20-July 1. I'm a recent law school graduate moving to work in the East Bay. I'm friendly, clean, and not much of a partier, and I'm looking for a like-minded roommate.
