The property has a pool, hot tub, gas bbq's, 24/7 workout room with precor equipment, business center, covered parking, 24/7 gated access with security, and a Zipcar rental in the building. Have lived in the complex for nearly 3 years with great service and upkeep by the friendly management and maintenance staff.

WHERE: Located in a prime location next to the Sunnyvale CalTrain Station and downtown Sunnyvale (literally across the street). It's also located next to a Google Shuttle Stop. Likes to be social by having friends over for dinner, bbq's, etc. Also enjoys cooking and watching sports. Open to a male or female roommate. (Not open to: Smokers, drug use, pets, couples, or moderate/frequent working from home. Also, no storage of bikes in the unit.)
