The room is furnished with a nightstand (IKEA MALM), dresser, (IKEA MALM), 42" RCA TV (4x HDMI connections) and a comfortable armchair. Furniture is FREE. The washer/dryer units are coin-operated and shared with other townhouses in the building.

The other tenants in the townhouse are two Stanford graduate students and one Stanford research technician. You would technically be subletting the room from a fourth,move tenant. At the end of June, you would be able to co-sign a new lease.

The room also has a $1250 deposit, returned to you at the end of your stay.
