We are looking for a new roommate to share the apartment available from January 1st (early move in available ). The apartment is in an amazing location, few blocks from the Palo Alto CalTrain and very close to Stanford. It is a gorgeous place, newly remodeled.

You will have your own room and private bathroom.

We are two females in our 30s working in the tech companies in Palo Alto. We are easy going, quiet, fun and clean (not OCD). Please, only non-smokers.

We have two indoor cats and a small 14 pound very friendly terrier mix. We are open to adding another small, older dog that has been around cats but no more cats.

We are looking for someone who loves and is at ease around animals.

Rent is $1850 until July 2018. After July 2018, it will increase (landlord will set new rate).
The rent is 1850 plus utils shared amongst three people. (Security Deposit 1850)
