Hi! My roommate and I (one guy, one gal) need a third roommate for an awesome 3-bedroom apartment in Potrero Hill available August 1st. Great for commuting to the South Bay as it's a three minute walk to the 22nd St Caltrain. The apartment is in a house next to a brand new apartment complex (safe area). It's within walking distance to the restaurants on Potrero (Goat Hill Pizza, Sunflower, etc.) The apartment is very spacious with a back patio and rooftop patio (grill and picnic table), shared with only one other apartment. We have beautiful views of the Bay. Laundry is included, apartment freshly painted, new carpet, all new appliances (including low-flow toilets), fireplace, and three skylights.

The room available is the master suite which is 12x13 feet with its own attached, private bathroom. It also has a walk-in closet. The apartment includes garage and driveway parking spots.

My roommate and I are both young professionals from Tennessee. One of us works in energy consulting, and one is a recent Masters student at UCSF now working in sex education. We enjoy Tennessee football, pho, and sour beer. We get out and about in the city fairly regularly and host the occasional BBQ. We're looking for another young professional/student who's laid back, LGBTQ-friendly, and tidy. We like to keep our apartment clean but aren't OCD about it. Hope to talk to y'all soon!
