Over 2000 sq ft modern townhouse has expansive living room, private backyard, and a great kitchen(newly remodeled, fully stocked ). Sun lights come throughout the day. The home has been recently upgraded with new carpet, new washer and dryer.
The private bedroom/bathroom is decorated simply and modern and cozy.
In specific, hotel Standard bathroom( rarely to see at old houses/apartment at Palo Alto).
Access to kitchen( LIGHT COOKING ONLY), laundry room on site-free

You will be sharing the nice home with another 2 young professionals.

Parking is free on street. It is very safe.
