1999 Mazda Miata SILVER MX-5 with AFTERMARKET MODIFICATIONS AND STYLING
102,000 miles. This car was a labor of love for me, but need to let go because I will be moving to East Coast

Well maintained with Records from Oak Tree Mazda and Menlo Park Mazda. All servicing was done at Oak Tree Mazda or Menlo Park Mazda. Never took it anywhere else!
Maintained for 10 years by 1 owner, myself. About me, I was a Stanford undergrad, Stanford Med student, and now Stanford MD resident. I was very responsible and took great care of this car.
-Oil change and all major services performed on time
-Just had Smog Tested & Oil Changed in May
-Registration is valid until March 2010.
-Current Tires have decent tread. 2 of the tires are very new with less than 5k miles. I can get official tread measurements when i have more time this week.
-New crankshaft gear
-New Timing Belt.
-New Battery (earlier this year)
-I think brake pads are roughly at 40% i need to double check this.

Extra Stuff I am giving you:
-I will also give you the original factory 14 inch wheels and tires. This in addition to the 17 inch aftermarket wheels and tires currently on the vehicle.

Other stuff I am throwing in for free:
-Kenwood Amplifier KAC 5203 (wanted to install myself, never had time to install)
-P1625 Rockford Fosgate component speakers (current speakers are great and also aftermarket, but these Rockford Fosgates I have heard are amazing, just never had time to do it)

Cosmetic Issues:
-Has crack on Windshield
-Has a dent on the front passenger side body (a few inches forward from the front right wheel). My car was parked in the hospital and someone must have done it and left.
-Some curb rash on the wheels
-The black tonneau convertible top needs to be touched up in a few spots (pretty minor)

KBB lists this car between 4600 (fair) -5725 (excellent) however it does not take into account 1) several of the aftermarket features I have installed which in my opinion naturally raises the value of the car AND 2) all the add-ons I am including.
I was going to list this car at $6800-7000 but I have taken into account the crack in the windshield and the dent on the right side (behind the right front wheel and in front of the door -- you cant even see it in the pic, but its more visible from a side on view).

Great car for an enthusiast or someone who just needs a great ride, particularly here in the Bay Area! I'm only selling this car because I'm leaving Stanford at the end of the year and i just bought a new car recently ( i needed a regular car with more than 2 seats).
