I am starting to look for a roommate for my Santa Clara 2 bed/2 bath apartment. My current roommate is moving to another city and will not be extending the lease with me when it ends on June 28, 2019. If you or anyone you know would be open to looking into the rooms here/signing a lease with me to extend, I would love to connect with you/them. Here are the details of my current apartment:

Price: Rent may be raised to $2900 at June 28, 2019 (exact rent to be determined in early May)

Apt. Amenities: In-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, heater/cooler system in the living room, heaters in the bedrooms

Parking: One parking space in covered garage only. There are plenty of uncovered spaces to park for the second roommate and visitors.

Community Amenities: Pool, Jacuzzi, Amazon lockers, small gym, pet-friendly community, near Santana Row/Valleyfair, nearest freeway: 280

About Me: Late 20's female, easygoing, works full-time in Stanford University. I have one sweet female black Labrador Retriever (well-trained and well-mannered) who sleeps with me. I have one young rabbit that sleeps in a dog crate currently in the living room (I am training her to be a free-range bunny so she is so far doing really well with people interactions!)

I am open to working out who gets what room, but I currently do occupy the smaller room in the plan. I personally have found this area to be very peaceful and nice to live in so far, so thought to share it with someone who is in need of a great place to call home as well.
