2nd floor unit, unfurnished, off-street parking available
1 person in 1b/1b for $1750/month + utilities/wifi, or 2 people in 1b/1b for $1000/month per person + utilities/wifi
$500 security desposit required ($250 each for 2 people)
No preference for gender, just someone who is clean and respectful.
