A bit about the home:
The room is available for move in on Sept 1, 2019. You will be renting out the second biggest room in the home and will be sharing a bathroom with Chi. The room comes UNFURNISHED. Rent is 1260$ per month. We have a Gardner that comes by twice a month and your contribution would be 23$. Utilities (wifi, water and PG&E) are about 70-90 per month. Water is bill every other month and Wifi/PGE is billed every month. In total, expect to pay around 1373$ towards rent, utilities and Gardner. As you may have notice, this price is quite competitive compare to other housing options in the Palo Alto area. More pictures are attached.

We have in-garage washer and dryer. There is driveway parking, if you have a car. We do not allow pets of any kind. There is central heating and A/C. We are a 10-15 minute drive from Stanford University (and Palo Alto CalTrain), about a 15-20 minute drive from Facebook in Menlo Park. We have a huge backward, perfect for cookouts and gatherings.
