I am renting out my master bedroom in a 3B2B place. You would be subletting the place from me, not the landlord at this point (the lease is still in my name). I pay 1300, but so desperate to sublease You'd pay me 1150$ for Aug rent. If you want the place starting this week it’d be 42$ a day until aug 1 (When you would pay a full Aug rent). Then at the end of Aug IF you are interested in staying in the place, I'd introduce you to the landlord and you'd sign a lease with him for Sept 1st (and send him security deposit), I will say he is increasing rent starting Sept 1st to 1378$. This property is a 3Bedroom 2Bath, my room being the master bedroom. Two other Stanford male grad students live there and share a bathroom, this place is located in Redwood City. You'd share the kitchen with the other two Stanford grads, but they are pretty reserved and keep to themselves. If you don't want to commit to a year, you can speak with the landlord to see if other options are available. His usually policy is sign a year lease and you can get out of lease early as long as you find a replacement and it'd be a 100$ fee. Let me know if you wanna move forward. Thanks
