I am a Stanford Immunology graduate student looking for a roommate for my 2BD/2BA apartment in Santa Clara. The room (with private bathroom) will be available starting June 1, though a move-in in late May should be fine as well.

The apartment comes fully furnished and includes a patio, fireplace, living room, dining area, and kitchen. The complex has parking and a pool and is located near Saratoga and 280 within walking distance of a Lucky Supermarket, Walmart, CVS, and many restaurants. Your room will be unfurnished, though my current roommate is selling her furniture if you would like it. The rent is $1347.50/month + utilities (~$75/month). I am hoping for a long-term roommate as you will be added to a one-year lease.

I am looking for someone who is very clean and respectful. While I like my privacy at home, I would love a roommate that I could hang out with as well.
