The unit is only 2 blocks away from California avenue. Stanford shuttle stop, Caltrain station, fine dining, and Sunday farmer's market are all within 5 minute's walk. 10 minutes bike from Stanford main campus.
The building has a laundry room, and one carport per unit. The apartment is 600 sf. and has a fridge/induction/oven/table/full bathroom with tub. Ample storage space. The place can be furnished, if needed (ask us for more details).

The unit is available from 5/1, and the lease will end by 7/31. We subsidize rent partially and so the rent you pay ($1,995) is much lower than the original rent. You may leave by 7/31 or extend the lease, with options of month-to-month/6 months/1 year term.
