We are looking for a housemate to fill one bedroom in our spacious and comfortable townhouse. The property is located within a private community and includes:

2 stories (ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, card room, 1/2 bath; upstairs: bedrooms and 2 full baths)
newly remodeled kitchen (new cabinets, appliances and counter top put in this June!)
3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths
working fire place
working hot tub
second floor washer and drier
two car garage, private driveway and community parking spots

Locations is in Hillwood Ct. Mountain View, within walking distance of Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, Walmart, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and many more.

Housemates:
The house comes with quiet, clean, respectful and young professional housemates. These include a project manager at a local start-up, a Stanford post-doc, graduate student in accounting, and last but not least a cute, well-behaved beagle mix named Otis. Collectively we enjoy the outdoors from hiking, camping, tennis, skiing, spending time with friends.
