Apartment has plenty of windows, cross breeze in the common space, and has views of nearby Redwood trees and landscaping in Palo Alto. On-site (downstairs) laundry is coin operated. Free parking in covered garage. Common areas have basic furnishings (my stuff) including couch, coffee table, espresso machine that can be shared or moved to accomodate your stuff. Room can come unfurnished or with a pretty nice desk set up (leather office chair, desk, plant, monitor) and full-sized mattress with no bedframe .. your choice.

Roommate:
26 year old Stanford alum and software engineer (male). Morning bird, usually up between 6-7am daily. Social, but the party doesn’t usually come home.
