Hi all,

Our awesome housemate is moving away, and we're looking for someone to move into his room in our delightful house starting in September. You'd be joining the 3 of us who have been the in house for the past 2 years (1 graduate student, 2 late 20's working professionals). The house is great- 3 blocks from downtown, 10min walk to Palo Alto Caltrain, 10min bike ride to Stanford campus. 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom downstairs, and 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom upstairs. Big common spaces- living room, dining/entrance room, kitchen, wash utility room, porch, plus back & front yard. Big lemon tree in the front yard and tall loquat tree by the entranceway.

The open room is on the second floor. Plenty of light, but no east-facing windows so sunrise is gentle. No AC but there's good airflow from windows + door.
