I'm a female post doc and I have a 2bed/1bath place At Menlo Park available starting June 15th. My fiancé shares this lease with me but he is moving to LA for fellowship. I'll be your only roommate. The common spaces are furnished and the place is ready to move in. The utilities ( PG&E and internet) are extra (about $40-50/person). You will be on the lease which ends by May 2020.
