We are looking for a roommate for one bedroom in our 2BR/2B apartment in the Linfield Oaks neighbourhood in Menlo Park. The unit is bright and spacious, on the corner of the second floor in a six unit building. The room is available from April 1, the monthly rent is $1600.

The apartment is ~1100 square feet in total, the junior bedroom is ~140 square feet and has a private bathroom with shower tub. The living/dining room, kitchen and (huge and sunny) balcony are shared between you and us. The common areas are furnished, we have Xfinity internet. Further amenities are shared laundry (free washer and drier), covered and street parking, a bike shed and a large attic accessible from the apartment.

Menlo Park and Palo Alto downtowns and Caltrain stations are equidistant and walkable, Stanford campus is 15 min by bike. Access to 101 is close. Willows Market is a 5 min walk.

We are 33 and 35 years old and work as a financial manager at a tech company in the South Bay and as a biochemist at Stanford.
