I am leasing a large 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Santa Clara, approximately 20min drive to campus starting June 1, but the move-in data could be as early as May 23 if you're interested.

The apartment is 1056 square feet with tall, vaulted ceilings. It is on the second floor of a 2-story complex. Your bedroom would be about 12' x 13', and you would have a full private bathroom. The apartment has a full kitchen including a breakfast bar overlooking the dining area. The living room is large and has a functional fireplace. There is a private patio with extra storage, and the complex has nice landscaping as well as a pool. There will be plenty of space for your furniture, if you have any. Otherwise, the apartment will be furnished (not including your bedroom).

The apartment is not currently open for viewing as the current residents have not moved out, but more information can be found at http://www.vistadellagoapts.com/. Rent is $2495 total, plus utilities (approximately $100/person/month, if not less).
