One bedroom available in 3-bedroom apartment. The home is the only unit on the top floor of a small apartment complex with beautiful views throughout. It has its own washer/dryer for this apartment only.

The bedroom for rent is medium sized. It currently fits a chair, desk, queen sized bed and dresser easily. This room shares a bathroom with one other resident- female grad student. Rent for this room is $920/month plus split 1/3 utilities.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but only a 5 min walk to two big supermarkets and other amenities. It is also close to hiking and biking trails. Easy access to highway 101 and 280 makes it ideal for commuters as well. About 30 minute walk or less than 10 minute bike to the Caltrain. The apartment is very spacious and common areas are fully furnished, including the kitchen and the living room.

You will be living with two Stanford female researchers - one Stanford graduate student and one Stanford postdoc. We are easy-going and value great company.

Rent is $920/month (water and garbage are included) + 1/3 utilities + security deposit ($1100). Lease is month to month starting March 1st, with a possibility of moving in earlier. Our lease does not permit smoking or pets.
