There's a 1 bedroom with a private bathroom available in a 2BR/2BA apartment between the Hayes Valley and Fillmore District neighborhoods of San Francisco and a short walk to the Lower Haight and NoPa. For $1950/month + utilities, a spot in a 3-car garage is included -- if you don't have a car, the price may be lower (send a note!). The room will open up in early December.

The room also has direct access to an outdoor patio space and ample closet space. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and there is free on-site laundry in the garage.

The kitchen and living areas of the apartment are spacious and have hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a lot of sunlight. This is a back unit which is isolated from street noise and has no apartments above or below it.

You'll be living with a 26-year-old news producer who plays on an ultimate frisbee team, is a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan, and skis during the winter.
