I'm living in a 2 BR unit about five minutes away from Town and Country with a very considerate and fun, professional roommate in her 20s. My lease expires on October 1st, but I'd like to move out earlier (preferrably June 1st). I need someone who can take over my lease and be willing to stay on for another year or longer.
I love my both roommate and the apartment, but the only reason I am moving is to move to San Francisco.
The rent is $975 with all utilities and internet included. This is a ground floor unit, and has a reserved parking space-- I've been letting my roommate use it for the year for free since I don't have a car, but you can work that out with her later in the process. There is laundry area on site for four units. My room, the living room area, and the kitchen area are all very spacious and new. The room itself will be unfurnished the I may take the dining table with me when I move, but the living room will be fully furnished.
The apartment is situated right between the two Caltrain stations. You'll have easy walking/biking access to Trader Joe's, Mollie Stone's, the farmer's market, and all other amenities in downtown PA and California Avenue. Please reply with details about yourself-- job, age, what you're looking for in a roommate/living situation, all that good stuff, and more questions for me, if needed. I'd like to get this sorted out early, so will be starting interviews as applications roll in!
