I have a fall 1BR furnished sublet for $1300 in a community-oriented house in PA

THE ROOM:
This is a beautiful, sunny 1BR 100 square foot room in a 5 BR / 2 bath shared house. The room shares a bathroom with two other housemates. Room is furnished with queen sized bed with newly purchased mattress (including foam topper), hardwood floors, full standing closet, floor length mirrors and working desk space.

THE HOUSE:
This is a spacious 5 bedroom house with a full kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove), washer/dryer, dinning room with a table that can seat 8-10, living room with fireplace and modern art. Includes backyard patio with seating and large, well-maintained front garden. Ample street parking.

THE ROOMMATES:
Current housemates are Stanford affiliated or Stanford graduates that hold weekly house dinners and (most) enjoy cooking (2 female, 2 male). Strong norms around keeping common spaces clean.

THE LOCATION:
A prime location on quiet residential street near the intersection of Embarcadero and Greer road in Palo Alto. It's a 15 minute bicycle ride to the Stanford campus & Palo Alto Caltrain , <10 minute drive to Google and Facebook. Within 3 blocks of Edgewood Plaza (e.g. Starbucks, grocery story, Orange theory Fitness, dry cleaners)

SUBLET DETAILS
Room is available from Sept 1st - Jan 4th 2019.* $1300 covers rent for my furnished room and internet. I'll pay utilities and pass the cost to you (~$50-$80 a month). Interested subletters will need to be interviewed by housemates to determine if it's a good fit.
