About the apartment:
-Available May 1. I'm moving in at that time, I currently live in Berkeley.
-Available is one bedroom in this 2bd/1ba apartment.
-Lovely remodel: hardwood floors throughout, quartz counter top, gas stove, stainless steel appliances
-There is one dedicated parking spot. I have a car. If you are bringing a car, too, this is something we would have to work out. Otherwise, there is ample street parking.
-Coin-op laundry on-site
-1 year lease, option to renew. I plan on staying around for a few years if everything works out.
-Monthly rent is $2695 (your half is $1347.50)
-Deposit is $1000 (your half is $500)
-no utilities included. We have our own PG&E account, and the rest are split by usage between all the units.
-the bedroom is unfurnished.
-I have a couch, TV and TV stand, and a two-seat kitchen table and chairs. I'm a bit of a minimalist, but if you have some furniture, it will most likely fit somewhere. For the kitchen, I will be bringing some dishes, silverware, random utensils, baking supplies, and pots and pans. So it's pretty well stocked, but again, if you have kitchen stuff it will probably fit. If you don't have anything, that's cool, too.

If you are interested, please email me. I'd like to meet in person or at least on Skype if you are not local. No pets. No smoking or drugs. Couples considered but we would split the rent 3 ways. There is a $35 application fee when/if you apply.
Please only contact me if you think your lifestyle would fit with what I have described above. Include some information about yourself, when you'd like to move, and any questions you might have.
