Looking for a fun roommate (preferably female). I am a graduate student and will be moving out this week and am looking to replace myself. The other room is currently occupied and she is the best roommate ever.
The room is currently furnished. You can buy any or all the room furniture from me (I'll give you a good deal :)) or choose to decorate yourself.

Dimensions of the room : LxWxH 9' x10' x 7'
Comes with a parking spot and extra storage space.
Has a built-in cupboard with a mirror door, ceiling fan and natural light.
Utilities will be shared between the two roommates (usually around 60-100, split by 2).
No pets allowed
Should be a non-smoker
We are looking for somebody to sign a year-long lease and start as soon as possible
