I am a Graduate Student at Stanford University currently living on campus. I am subletting my room in a 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment this summer from the 15th of June to the 15th of September (3 months flexible +/- 7 days). My flat is located in one of the Rains Houses residence within biking distance (5 to 10min) of the central part of the campus, grocery shops or the Caltrain station (California Avenue). Two of my flat-mates will be staying here this summer, they are very quiet and tidy. Due to university policies (non-mix houses) I would privilege male graduate studies affiliates.

Price : 950$/month (utilities included) - Fully furnished
