We are three clean, quiet guys living in a 4BR duplex in Palo Alto near California Ave. It is about a mile from the edge of Stanford campus, and about half a mile to the Caltrain station. One of our roommates is moving out, and we are looking for a 4th person to renew our lease until June 2017. The rent is $1,225 per month (internet and utilities not included). Although the lease would officially start in January, our 4th roommate is moving out in early December so an earlier move-in may be possible.

We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful. The landlord does not allow pets. Also, please note that we live next to the train tracks.
