A room is opening up in our gorgeous house in Los Altos Hills in June, 2014. The 8 bedroom house is filled with grad students and young, working professionals, and we are looking for someone excited to join our lovely family. Ideally, our new housemate would stay until the end of our lease on Aug. 3, 2015 or would be willing to find their own replacement. The rent will be $1000 per month (utilities come out to approximately $100/month) from June to August. If you are interested in a full year lease starting in September until next year, the rent is going up to about $1166.67 (not including utilities).

We jokingly (but actually) refer to the house as a mansion--it includes a large kitchen, three spacious common area rooms, projector screen + television, large backyard, outdoor grill, and ample parking spaces. The room is unfurnished, although there are bed side tables you could use from the house, as well as a table and chairs. There is a built in closet that is very generous. The large bathroom is shared with one other housemate. Pictures and other information will be available on request. We will begin to invite individuals over to visit the house soon! I'm gone during spring break but will be offering showings starting the first week of school!
