2. Private washer dryer unit
3. Patio with outdoor seating
4. Gym and swimming pool
5. Heating in both living area and bedroom
6. Plenty of storage space.

I can add my car as well, on request, for an additional amount. You can also walk to Mountain View caltrain in about 10 minutes and bike to campus in half an hour.
