About the house:
The house is in a quiet area in midtown Palo Alto with easy access to 101. The location is near Ramos Park - Easy bike ride to downtown Palo Alto, Stanford Campus, San Antonio Shopping Center and Caltrain Station. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms with a nice big common space - it has a spacious kitchen and living room area. The kitchen will be supplied with pots, pans, and silverware. It is complete with oven, stove, and dishwasher. The house comes with a beautiful garden on the rear side, which also has a grill. There is an in-unit washer/dryer, and of course access to Wi-Fi. You're going to share the house with three very friendly folks - a female Stanford senior and two male professionals working in the tech industry.

About the room:
The rent is $1400 + utilities split evenly, which run to ~$80 per person per month.
