We're looking for someone with a good credit history to lease with us and share a 3BR 1BA house in Palo Alto in the coming academic year, starting in mid August. The location is in biking distance from Stanford. The monthly rent is $3500 without utility and Internet. The house has recently been remodeled and has a decent size kitchen and living space with wooden floor. It's also close to 101 and Oregon express!
