Looking for a clean and professional roommate to occupy 1BR with a balcony in a two-story apartment for $950 (+1/3 shared utilities and internet fee, ~$30/month). Please reply with a brief description about you.

Female roommate is preferred. Room will be available in the middle of June. We'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom.

10-min drive to Stanford. Close to San Antonio shopping center (5-min walk).
