I (female) am a visiting scholar of Stanford University. I have rent an apartment in Mountain View/ Palo Alto border. This apartment is clean,spacious and bright. There are still one bedroom and one dining room available. The location is 2680 Fayette Mountain View near the shopping center. It is very convinent for daily life. It takes about 15-20 minutes from here to campus by car. Now I looking for someone (single) who is clean and considerate, especially in the common spaces to share the rent.

The bedroom ent is $1400/month.
The dining room can be separated by screen which make it look like a bedroom. According to previous rules, the rent is cheaper about $700.

The room is for one person only.
No smoking
No heavy drinking
No pets
