About the room: The room comes unfurnished but Ikea is only 10 min away ;) For the moment, we have just moved in so the house is lightly furnished but the idea is to speak together about decoration idea and purchase furnitures that will be shared in the common areas. Huge back yard, BBQ possibility. Rent does not include utilities, Cable, Garbage, heater, PG&E , Comcast and Water company fee.
