3 Female Stanford Graduate Students are looking for two responsible clean friendly female roommates. The rooms are available for 1000 and 1090.

One room is available starting June 15th, the other will also be available June 15th, but can also be rented starting May 1st.

We all like to share a bottle of wine, have bbqs, and hang out over a good movie, and are not the huge party types. Although we do like to go out dancing and bar hopping on occasion. My small female hypoallergenic labradoodle also lives in the house, loves other dogs, and we would not mind having another doggy roommate if they get along. We like to keep the communal areas very clean, so if you are messy please do not reply to this post.

The house is spacious, bright, and beautiful with two kitchens, two living rooms, a dining room, and a large backyard. It is a 10 minute or less drive from Stanford and a 20 minute bike ride. There are hiking trails practically right outside the house.

One of the rooms available has a fireplace and is quite spacious with two closets.

The other is also quite spacious with a walk in closet.

Each of the new roommates would have to share a bathroom with one other person.
