3 working professionals (2 high school teachers and a project manager) and a dog are looking for a two roommates to share their 4 bedroom/2 bath house in Cupertino near Steven's Creek and DeAnza (of the current roommates, 1 is moving away and the other is moving in with S.O.). Rent will be ~$1,150 for the smaller room and ~$1,250 for the larger room depending on how much our rent goes up + ~$60/person for monthly utilities.

House: located in single family home neighborhood. Common spaces include office, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. We switch off on the garage every month and there is also ample street parking. We have a front lawn and small, private backyard with citrus trees around a patio and deck.

The Rooms:
-10 x 10 with a small closet and large window facing the side yard (view of street blocked by a fence and trees).
-10 x 13.3 with a large closet that has built in shelves. Also has large window facing the side yard.
-Additional closet & storage space available.
-Both share the hall bathroom with one other occupant.

What's close: Freeways 280 and 85. Mainstreet Cupertino, Safeway, Target, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Ranch 99, Philz, Starbucks. Cupertino Library, 85 Degrees Bakery, Apple.

About us: we have monthly bonding events (i.e. laser shows, escape rooms, food trucks, restaurants, etc.) and birthday celebrations as a house. We often play board games on Friday or Saturday night together.

We are
-two high school teachers: one male (31), one female (31).
-one project manager: male (33)
-one dog: 30 pound mixed breed, sweet and cute. Enjoys long walks. Currently wearing the cone of shame.

House Expectations:
-Chore calendar to split up the responsibilities of upkeeping the house. Switches monthly
-House norms (around quiet hours) since we're all teachers and sleep is precious to us

You: Our preference is for a mid 20s- early 30s, working professional with a 9-5 type schedule. Clean, non smoker, dog friendly, respectful. Social and open to having fun with roommates!
