I am an easy-going, quiet male in my early 30s working at Stanford. I occupy the master bedroom and keep the house neat (no dishes in the sink and no shoes inside). I respect others' schedule and prefer those that do the same. Total number of occupants in the house (including you and me) will be only 3. No smoking, drugs, loud parties, or pets, please.
