I am looking for someone to take over my lease at my two bedroom place in Redwood City. We will be keeping a lot of the furniture here!

Rent: 2850/month plus utilities
There will also be a $2850 deposit for the place.

This can be as long term as you like, you will be taking over my lease (now until next fall 2016).
