We have two bedrooms in our house that we're renting out. The first is a master bedroom ($750) downstairs that features a double bed, desk, chair, closet and direct access to the bathroom. The second is a smaller bedroom upstairs ($700), with a bed, desk, chair, and closet. Bathroom is shared with the tenant downstairs. The kitchen is shared, but you are welcome to use our pots, pans, and seasoning. We have a separate fridge for tenants. You are also free to use our washer and dryer for laundry.
